                                                                                                        PROCTORING AND SCORING
POSITION:               
The Interim Superintendent of Schools, Donald A. Ogilvie, is interested in receiving applications from qualified
Candidates for Grades 9 – 12 Grades 9 – 12 summer school Regents Exam proctoring and scoring for the following
exams: Comprehensive English, ELA (Common Core), Algebra I (Common Core), Integrated Algebra, Geometry,
Global History and Geography, US History and Government, Living Environment, Earth Science and RCT Exams in
Writing, Reading, Science, Global Studies, US History and Government, and Mathematics; for the following programs:          
 
TBA (Locations subject to change based upon site availability.)          
               
Dates: August 12 – 18, 2015  
 
Program hours on 8/12/15 and 8/13/15 will be:         8:15 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.
                                                                                               Or
                                                                                         12:15 p.m. to 3:45 p.m.
                                                                                               Or
                                                                                         1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
 

 Program hours on 8/14/15, 8/17/15, & 8/18/15 will be:           8:15 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.
 
 
APPLICATION:       
Candidates must complete an application form available on the District website, www.buffaloschools.org.
 
Applications successfully received will generate a confirmation email to the account listed on the application.  If you do not
receive a confirmation email, we cannot guarantee that your application was received.  You must submit an application until
you receive a confirmation email.
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates must be New York State or Buffalo certified in the tenure area for which they are applying to teach. Priority
in the selection of teachers will be given to qualified permanent/ tenured/probationary/temporary Buffalo Public School
teachers in order of summer school seniority.
                                                           
APPOINTMENT:      
Appointment will be made by the Board of Education upon the recommendation of the Interim Superintendent
following assessment of summer school seniority, training, credentials, and evaluation of service.  Interviews shall be
scheduled where appropriate.
 
SALARY:                   Teacher hourly rate based on BTF contract.
