NOTICE OF POSITION
POSITION:
The Interim Superintendent of Schools, Donald A. Ogilvie, is interested in receiving applications from qualified candidates for the position of:
CNC/ MACHINE TOOL TECHNOLOGY TEACHER - BURGARD H.S.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates must hold a Buffalo or New York State teaching certificate in CNC/Machine Tool Technology subject area.
DUTIES:
The candidate should have the ability to teach Computer Numeric Controls and Computer Machine Tool skills to high school students as well as be able to instruct on the use of lathes, mills and other appropriate machinery. Must have five (5) years experience working as a machinist with experience in programming and operating computer numeric controlled (CNC) machine tool equipment. Excellent computer skills and experience with computer aided design (CAD) software.

APPOINTMENT:
Appointment will be made by the Board of Education upon the recommendation of the Interim Superintendent following assessment of training, experience, credentials and evaluation of service. Personal interviews shall be scheduled where appropriate.
SALARY: Teacher’s salary schedule.
