NOTICE OF POSITION
 
POSITION:                             
The Interim Superintendent of Schools, Donald A. Ogilvie is interested in receiving applications from qualified candidates for the position of:

                                 WELDING TEACHER - BURGARD H.S.

QUALIFICATIONS:               
Candidates must hold a Buffalo or New York State teaching certificate in Welding.  Skills needed include, but are not limited to:  instructing students in the area of Welding all aspects of the Industry Curriculum which includes but is not limited to:
 
 

• Metal Working Safety
• Bench Work
• Metallurgy
• Metal Preparation
• Oxy Fuel Gas Welding-Equipment Setup & Operation
• Shielded Metal Arc Welding

 
SELECTION:                          
Appointment will be made by the Board of Education upon the recommendation of the Interim Superintendent following assessment of training, experience, credentials and evaluation of service.  Personal interviews shall be scheduled where appropriate.
                                               
SALARY:                             Teacher’s salary schedule.
