Buffalo Public Schools is looking for the PCTEA staff to support the Seneca Language Program during Saturday Academies. The Seneca Language Program will provide students and families access to engage in learning Seneca language and culture from Indigenous staff members in which to create an environment that fosters embraces and honors the diversity of the District.
PCTEA staff members will support with the implementation of language based instruction. Staff must have experience working with Indigenous students and families and have understanding of Indigenous languages and culture. This would include vocabulary, phrases, and ability to support with implementation of language and cultural focused lessons.
Staff must be able to commit to the entirety of the program. Additional hours will be offered throughout the context of the program in which to plan and prepare. Hours will be based upon need and availability of staff assigned to support program. Anticipated program orientation date will be Saturday, January 22nd. Time and location TBD.

Qualifications:
